When buying a home safety is something that you would definitely consider as high up on your priorities. So before you think about buying a manufactured home or a modular home in Greater San Diego, do your homework. Ask whether you dealer retains spare keys to your home. Whether there are hidden items that you need to be made of. How trusty is the installer? Are there any other hands touching your home prior to or afterward installation that you need to know about?

When it comes to your home, knowing how affective your locks are is something to be concerned about. Don't buy a manufactured home until you check every crook and cranny. Hidden cameras, false locks, and flimsy door frames make manufactured homes and modular homes prime targets in the greater San Diego area! 

Always have an inspector go over your home before you buy. It is required to purchase a standard home, why not make sure your manufactured home has a proper inspection prior to being installed. Having a contractor that is in no way related to you purchase or affiliated with the seller, can save you life later.
